At Bilopalen in Falkenberg, we are in full swing – and we love it! Our customers are increasing, the days are more enjoyable, and the pace is wonderfully high. We are now expanding with another service advisor who wants to be the face of our customer experience.

As a service advisor with us, you will be the important link between the customer and the workshop. You will greet customers, book jobs, explain actions, and ensure that every visit feels safe, clear, and personal.

You will work in an authorized Peugeot, Opel, Citroën, Subaru, Saab workshop where we focus on quality, development, and a really good customer experience.

✅ What do you need to bring?

• Experience in customer service – preferably within the automotive industry.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented personality.
• Administrative experience and confidence with computers.
• Driver's license B
